What the service does

Invoice Customiser creates UK/GBP single-page invoices. You can try the invoice builder with a fictional sample without an account. Pro, bought once, provides the invoice builder, saved records, PDF downloads and a private archive. It is not bookkeeping, tax filing, debt collection or invoice payment processing.

Your invoice and records

Check identities, dates, amounts, VAT treatment and invoice information before sending a document. Custom designs can omit any element and are not guaranteed to meet every invoice requirement. Pro reserves numbers on issue and does not reuse voided numbers. Issued snapshots and PDFs cannot be edited; payment status and void reasons are separate metadata.

Keep independent copies. Pro's hosted records also need your own exports; availability and backups are not an absolute guarantee against loss.

Pro licence and allowance

The planned price is £79 once, including applicable taxes, with no subscription. The licence is non-expiring while the hosted service is operated, not a promise of perpetual cloud hosting. Pro is activated only by payment confirmed to our server by Stripe, and opened from a link sent to the email address used at checkout. A redirect from checkout does not activate access.

The private file allowance is 500 MB for PDFs and logos. Logos are limited to 2 MB and supported raster formats; each final PDF is limited to 5 MB. Small structured records do not have a marketing quantity cap. Synchronous exports have published size limits. Use only material you are entitled to upload; do not upload malicious files or attempt to access another person's account.

Account access and changes

Protect your credentials. Full refunds or disputes can revoke editing, with 30 days of export-only recovery. Material service or policy changes should be communicated before they take effect. Arrangements for ending the hosted service, support response times and any proportionate liability provisions need legal review before paid launch.

These draft terms do not exclude statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See Refunds below and contact the operator before relying on the service for a business-critical workflow.

Refunds

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. This does not reduce your statutory rights.

Requesting a refund or reporting a problem

Contact support using your account email and purchase reference. Explain whether you are cancelling, reporting a technical problem or disputing an unexpected charge. Never send full card details, passwords or private invoice information in a support message.

Requests after 14 days concerning service faults or legal rights will be reviewed on their circumstances. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. No response-time promise is made until support arrangements are confirmed.

Consumer cancellation rights

UK cancellation rules can differ for services and digital content, including when supply starts early. This preview does not treat account creation or use as a waiver of statutory rights. The legal classification and any required consent/contract confirmation must be reviewed before launch. See UK government guidance on online selling.

Your saved records

A full refund or dispute revokes Pro editing without automatically deleting your archive. You have 30 days of authenticated export-only recovery; download your records promptly. Partial refunds require manual review rather than automatic revocation. Contact support if access was revoked in error.
